Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy explains how to cancel a RhythmicFlow Premium subscription and how refunds are handled. It applies to purchases of RhythmicFlow Premium offered by Satyam Technologies Private Limited.
1. How billing works
RhythmicFlow Premium is a digital subscription billed through Google Play. Monthly and Yearly plans renew automatically until cancelled. The app does not store or process your card details directly — all payment handling is performed by Google Play.
2. Cancelling your subscription
- Open the Google Play Store → Subscriptions → RhythmicFlow → Cancel.
- Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for; it is not pro-rated.
- You can re-subscribe at any time from the Premium screen in the app.
3. Refunds
Because Premium is a digital service delivered immediately, fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law. We will, however, consider refunds in good faith for:
- An accidental or duplicate charge.
- A renewal you intended to cancel, reported within 7 days of the charge.
- A technical fault that prevented you from using Premium.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 5–7 business days after approval.
4. How to request a refund
- Google Play purchases: use Google Play's self-serve refund flow, or email us and we will help escalate the request.
- Email support@rhythmicflow.app with the email address on your account and the approximate purchase date.
